Instructions for use of anti-static module
In order to prevent breakdown damage to the laser caused by static electricity or instantaneous power surge, an anti-static module can be installed on the external circuit end of the laser. This module consists of a resistor, a capacitor, and a Schottky diode connected in reverse parallel.
When the instantaneous voltage of the power supply is higher than the reverse breakdown voltage of the Schottky diode, the diode conducts in reverse. When there is a reverse surge in the power supply, the diode conducts forward. Effectively avoid laser failure.
The reverse breakdown voltage of the diode is generally higher than the working voltage of the laser to ensure that the normal operation of the laser is not affected.
Instructions:
When the product is installed into the handle (or before power-on test), connect the positive pole (red line) of the above kit to the positive pole line of the product
Connection, the negative pole of the kit (black wire) is connected with the negative pole of the product, and installed into the handle together after completion.
